On Saturday, May 3, a select group of guests will be able to enjoy an intimate event that celebrates the grape harvest with excellent wine, haute cuisine, art and music in a privileged natural setting.

The renowned VIK winery, ranked the second best in the world according to World's Best Vineyards, opens its doors to an unparalleled sensory experience.

VIK invites you to celebrate Harvest 2025 in a unique event where wine, gastronomy, art and live music come together in an unforgettable experience. Discover its terroir with winemaker Cristián Vallejo, enjoy an exclusive tasting and lunch paired by VIK Chile and Uruguay chefs, and close the day with live music and DJ. The winery, recently recognized as the second best in the world, opens its doors for an unmissable event. With only 200 seats available, this event promises to be one of the most anticipated of the season. In addition, the first 50 tickets will have access to a special pre-sale with exclusive benefits for those who confirm their attendance in advance.

Four Acts For An Unforgettable Experience

Act I: Welcome and presentation of the terroir
The day begins among VIK's vineyards, where attendees will learn about the winery's unique terroir through a live presentation. Head winemaker Cristián Vallejo will share details about innovative practices such as Barroir, Amphoir and Fleuroir, as well as reveal the secrets of the acclaimed VIK 2021, awarded 100 points by James Suckling.

Act II: Garden Tasting
In the elegant Pavilion garden, guests will enjoy an outdoor tasting of VIK's four brands. Each season will offer unique flavors, accompanied by live music and surprises in magnum format.

Act III: Pairing and signature cuisine
The gastronomic experience will be led by chefs Pablo Cáceres (VIK Chile) and Santi Inzaurralde (VIK Uruguay), who will prepare a tasting menu with local products, paired with the winery's most emblematic wines.

Act IV: Music, art and festive closing
The day culminates with a cultural evening that will combine live music -jazz and folk-, an art exhibition inspired by viticulture and a closing party with the DJ La Susana, from José Ignacio (Uruguay), which will put the finishing touch to this unique celebration.
