Complaints channel

Fundación Imagen de Chile seeks to promote good labor treatment and a work environment free of any conduct constituting sexual and labor harassment and violence at work. Ensuring that collaborators, suppliers or other individuals can raise their complaints about misconduct or risk of harm confidentially and anonymously, if they prefer.

In the case of complaints of sexual harassment, workplace harassment and workplace violence, the person may make the complaint verbally or in writing, to the employer or to the Directorate of Labor, in person or electronically. In order to file a complaint, the procedure for complaints, investigation and sanctions and its annexes must be followed for the collaborators of Fundación Imagen de Chile.

Fundación Imagen de Chile considers each of these complaints as relevant, and the people who make them can be sure that they will be heard, protected and supported.

Those who know or suspect of any activity that could imply a violation of laws, regulations, principles or crimes associated with Law 20.393 or Law 21.643 regarding the prevention, investigation and punishment of sexual harassment, workplace harassment or violence at work, may report it through this Channel.
