VIK will host the second edition of its annual harvest celebration in Chile, an exclusive experience that invites guests to discover the winery and its vineyards in the Cachapoal Valley. The event combines wine, gastronomy, art, and music, offering a journey designed to awaken the senses and immerse attendees in the essence of the vineyard. This celebration comes on the heels of its recent recognition as the #1 vineyard in the world by World’s 50 Best Vineyards, the premier award in the international wine tourism industry, which underscores its global leadership.

Organized into four segments, the experience features curated tastings, culinary offerings, and cultural moments that reflect VIK’s identity and its commitment to excellence. Each activity has been designed to offer guests a memorable day, where the discovery of wines is combined with the beauty of the landscape and the winery’s artistic offerings.

Act I: Welcome and Terroir
You will be welcomed among the vineyards to experience firsthand the winery’s unique terroir, with an on-site presentation on the concepts of Barroir (the use of valley oak to toast barrels), Amphoir (the use of local clay for amphorae), and Fleuroir (the use of regional wildflowers to expand the range of yeasts). As you stroll through the vineyards and enjoy La Piu Belle Rosé and VIK’s new Cabernet Nouvea “A”  , renowned winemaker Cristián Vallejo will present the techniques that led the winery to create the perfect 100-point wine according to Gilbert & Gaillard and awarded 99 points by James Suckling, VIK 2022, as well as STONEVIK 2024, the world’s most natural wine, awarded 98 points by James Suckling.

Act II: Tasting in the Garden
In the Pavilion garden, guests will be able to explore different varieties from VIK’s four brands, with tasting stations and “magnum”-sized surprises, accompanied by live music.

Act III: Cuisine and Wine Pairing
An exclusive lunch among the vineyards, designed by Pablo Cáceres (VIK Chile) and Santi Inzaurralde (VIK Uruguay), will celebrate local cuisine in harmony with the winery’s wines, offering a unique and memorable pairing.

Act IV: Music, Art, and a Festive Finale
The day culminates with live jazz and folk music, an art exhibition that reflects the connection between wine and creativity, and a lively finale featuring a DJ from La Susana in José Ignacio, Uruguay, rounding out an unparalleled cultural and sensory experience.

“We invite you to be part of an extraordinary experience, where the grape harvest is enjoyed like never before: surrounded by world-class wines, exceptional cuisine, art, music, and the breathtaking natural beauty of the Cachapoal Valley. A celebration that reaffirms why we are the world’s number one winery and makes this event one you won’t want to miss,” said Gastón Williams, CEO of VIK.
