From Concepción to All of Chile: Piss Off, the biotechnology innovation that’s revolutionizing the well-being of cats at home
Inspired by a love for cats and developed using high-performance biotechnology, this solution—originally created in the Biobío Region—effectively removes cat urine stains and odors at the source, cementing its success as a bestseller nationwide.

What began in Concepción as a personal quest to solve an everyday problem of living with pets has become a sales phenomenon from north to south. It’s called Piss Off, a cat urine odor and stain remover designed to restore peace of mind to households with cats, combining technical effectiveness with a deep respect for animals.
Dealing with urine accidents or territorial marking is often one of the main sources of tension between pet owners and their pets. In this situation, traditional cleaners or harsh chemicals are not only ineffective—since they tend to mask the odor rather than eliminate it—but they can also be irritating to a cat’s sensitive sense of smell.
Inspired by the standard for sustainable professional cleaning biotechnology, Piss Off works through a specialized formulation of microorganisms and enzymes that directly break down the urea and uric acid molecules responsible for the unpleasant odor.
“Piss Off wasn’t created simply as a cleaning product, but out of the pure love we feel for our cats and the desire to improve their quality of life and that of their families. Seeing that an idea conceived in Concepción is now reaching thousands of homes throughout Chile confirms to us that there was a need for a real, safe, and animal-friendly alternative,” says Roberto Sanhueza, a member of the founding team and owner of seven kittens.
By breaking down organic matter at the source and eliminating the scent trail—which is invisible to humans—the product prevents cats from marking the same spot out of habit. Furthermore, because it is a biodegradable and odorless formula, it is completely safe to use on carpets, mattresses, and upholstery, without posing any risk to pets' health.
Its nationwide sales success has established Piss Off as a leader in regional entrepreneurship and innovation with an impact across the country. For more information, purchases, and tips on living with cats, visit their Instagram profile @pissoff.cl
