Ingredients

  • Machas.
  • Chilean shrimp.
  • Scallops.
  • Cooked ulte.
  • Green chili pepper.
  • Onion.
  • Parsley.
  • Lemon.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • Olive oil.
  • Tiger's milk.
Instructions
  • Step 1 – Clean the clams and remove them from their shells. Repeat the same process with the razor clams and scallops.
  • Step 2 – Slice the white onion into thin strips and chop the parsley leaves.
  • Step 3 – Finely chop the green chili pepper.
  • Step 4 – Mix the seafood and ulte together with the onion, parsley, and green chili pepper.
  • Step 5 – Season with salt, pepper, and oil to taste.
  • Step 6 – Add the leche de tigre and lemon juice.
  • Step 7 – Place the mariscal in a deep dish to retain and enjoy its juices.
