Ingredients
  • 1 kg of seasonal tomatoes (peeled or with skin to taste)
  • 2 units white onions
  • 3 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • Green chili to taste
  • Black olives.
Instructions
  • Step 1 - Wash the tomatoes, cut them into wedges and place them in a bowl. Mix with the finely chopped onion, add the cilantro and season with salt, vinegar and oil.
  • Step 2 - Garnish with green chili and black olives.
  • Step 3 - Optional: substitute olive oil for oil.
