1 kg of seasonal tomatoes (peeled or with skin to taste)
2 units white onions
3 tablespoons coriander leaves
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
Green chili to taste
Black olives.
Instructions
Step 1 - Wash the tomatoes, cut them into wedges and place them in a bowl. Mix with the finely chopped onion, add the cilantro and season with salt, vinegar and oil.
Step 2 - Garnish with green chili and black olives.
