Chile will host a wide and diverse agenda of international meetings covering everything from culture and the arts to science, sports, energy, and the global economy, reflecting the country's consolidation as an attractive hub for international dialogue, creation, and collaboration.
Culture and science with global reach
The year will begin with intense cultural and scientific activity. Between January 3 and 25, the 33rd edition of the Teatro a Mil International Festival will take place, bringing visual and performing arts, dance, and drama to theaters and public spaces, with parades, free performances, and the participation of artists from 16 countries.
At the same time, between January 12 and 17, the CEINA Cultural Center will host the 15th edition of Congreso Futuro, Latin America's leading platform for scientific dissemination and citizen dialogue. Under the slogan "Humanity, where are we going?", the event will feature more than 120 speakers—both national and international—and its program includes free activities in all regions of the country and streaming broadcasts.

In February, music and entertainment will move to Viña del Mar with a new edition of the International Song Festival, one of the most renowned competitions in Latin America, which in its 65th edition will feature artists such as Juanes, Mon Laferte, and the Pet Shop Boys, among others.
The eyes of the world on Chile
The sporting calendar will also feature events of global significance. On January 11, a new edition of the Ironman Pucón will be held, internationally renowned for its demanding circuit in a unique natural setting. Later, between February 21 and March 1, Santiago will host the Chile Open, one of the ATP tournaments that position the country within the South American circuit, with figures such as Alejandro Tabilo and other prominent tennis players from the international rankings.

From March 26 to 29, the action will move to Nevados de Chillán, host of the Masters Mountain Bike World Championships, the world's premier cross-country and downhill competition in the master category, which will bring together the best exponents of the discipline from different continents.
In the institutional sphere, March will be marked by the inauguration of the President of the Republic, José Antonio Kast, in a ceremony that will bring together authorities and international delegations. In April, Chile will once again capture the world's attention with the International Air and Space Fair (FIDAE), which will take place between the 7th and 12th of that month and is recognized as the most important aerospace, defense, and security exhibition in Latin America.

Also in April, Santiago will host the World Copper Conference, the most important global gathering of the copper industry, which will bring together more than 500 attendees from over 40 countries, including business and financial leaders and key players in the mineral value chain.
Finally, between July 19 and 22, the capital will host the 47th Conference of the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE), which will be held in South America for the second time in its history. Under the slogan "Connecting continents, driving progress," the meeting will bring together experts, academics, and decision-makers to discuss energy transition, public policy, and energy markets in a global context.
