From science and innovation to sports, business, and the creative industries, a new generation is blazing trails from this corner of the world. Meet the 30 young people selected for Forbes 30 Under 30, powered by Marca Chile.
What do those who are developing artificial intelligence solutions, creating new ways to reuse water, driving climate action, excelling in sports, or revitalizing Chilean music have in common? They are all part of the same generation of young people who, from various disciplines, are contributing new ideas and blazing trails from Chile.
This diversity is reflected in the first Chilean edition of Forbes 30 Under 30, which announced the 30 young people selected to be part of its 2026 class. The initiative recognizes individuals under 30 who stand out for their achievements, innovation, and impact in various fields, and who are currently helping to transform the country from within their respective areas of expertise.
The selection includes profiles from the fields of Business and Finance; Technology and Innovation; Sports and Entertainment; Science, Education, and the Creative Industries; and Social Impact.
As part of this process, Marca Chile proposed some of the names that made up the panel of experts responsible for selecting the members of this first local generation, Thus, the jury was composed of Francisca Crovetto, Teresa Paneque, Alejandra Mustakis, Bárbara Hernández, Max Raide, Martín del Río, Daniel Undurraga, and Eduardo della Maggiora, who contributed their perspectives and experience from fields such as sports, science, entrepreneurship, innovation, gastronomy, and sustainability.
“Young talent is one of the main drivers of the country’s image today. Whether in entrepreneurship, science, technology, or sports, there is a generation that is blazing new trails and developing initiatives that capture international attention and put Chile on the map for what it is capable of creating. For Marca Chile, joining this initiative is a concrete way to amplify these stories and showcase them as part of the Chile we want to present to the world,” says Enzo Abbagliati, executive director of Marca Chile.
Among those selected in the Technology and Innovation category are Nicolás Camhi, Matías Pérez, and Diego Chahuán, co-founders of Vambe, a startup that uses artificial intelligence to automate business processes. Also included is Isis Riquelme, co-founder of Chucaw, which develops solutions to anticipate and adapt to weather events.
In the Business and Finance section, Samuel Weinstein and Ariel Kauderer, co-founders of The Growth Pro, are leading a company dedicated to helping other companies grow through marketing, sales, and customer acquisition strategies.
In the area of Social Impact and Sustainability, Ismaela Magliotto, co-founder of Fundación Uno Punto Cinco, works on climate action initiatives; Felipe Núñez, co-founder of Aqua Retorna, developed a solution to reuse water from sinks for flushing toilets; Diego Antonio González, founder of Proyecto Amar Migrar, promotes the integration of migrants and the creation of opportunities for them; and Isidora Uribe, founder of Encuentra Tu Lugar, seeks to facilitate access to information and opportunities for young people.
In the fields of Science, Education, and Creative Industries, Izumi Nakagawa, founder of NKP MGMT, works in artist management and representation; Nicolás Guilisasti, director of Development at Ch.ACO, promotes the coordination and promotion of contemporary art; and Aline Israel, founder of ENILĀ, develops projects through design and creativity.
Young talent is also making its mark in sports, entertainment, and lifestyle, with figures such as Kidd Voodoo, one of the leading voices of the new generation of Chilean urban music; Valentina Toro, a world karate champion; and Javiera Palacios, a private chef and founder of La Taza.
On International Youth Day, these stories help highlight the contributions of a generation that is already bringing about change in various fields. For Marca Chile, recognizing and showcasing these talents is also a way to demonstrate the diversity of skills that are currently contributing to Chile’s development and international profile.
