Willi Kitral is an Indigenous Peasant Family Farming company with Mapuche Huilliche roots that seeks to be a contribution to the revitalization of the culture of indigenous peoples in urban contexts with our agro-elaborated products. Willi Kitral comes from Mapudungun and means Southern Cooking and from its origin rescues ancestral indigenous recipes to value the food heritage of ancestral peoples. Today we have developed a line of products with an identity of origin that work to share in snacks, cheese boards, cheese pairings and connect with the flavors of the Wallmapu, because we are flavor, tradition, culture and share the worldview of our Mapuche people.
