Following the sale of its power grid business to State Grid, Naturgy is starting up two new renewable farms in Chile, purchased in 2016, totaling 316 megawatts of power. The financing of the operation has just been closed with a group of international banks for US$280 million. This is a long-term financing through project finance, i.e. without recourse to the shareholders.
