With a degree in Physics from the University of Chile and a PhD in Atmospheric Physics from Oxford University, Rojas (1972) is one of Chile's most renowned scientists and represents the toughest wing in the fight against the climate crisis, as opposed to the voices that advocate a better balance with economic development.
