This Chilean start-up is revolutionizing reusable packaging

A Chilean start-up is tackling the problem of plastic waste with smart packaging that allows people to "pay for the product, not the packaging."

Based in Santiago, Algramo is working with multinationals such as Unilever and Nestlé to drive what they call the "refill" revolution.

Through an app, users can order the amount of the product they want - be it detergent, rice or pet food - which will be delivered to their reusable container at home.
