  • 1 cup port
  • ⅓ cup cognac or brandy
  • ⅓ cup cocoa cream.
  • ⅓ cup dark vermouth.
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • Ground cinnamon for sprinkling.
Instructions
  • Step 1 - Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 1 minute at maximum speed.
  • Step 2 - Pour the pod into a small glass, sprinkle the surface with cinnamon and serve immediately.
