Ingredients
  • 800 gms of peeled pineapples
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 4 units of lemons
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for seasoning.
Instructions
  • Step 1 – Clean the piures by removing the membrane covering the flesh. Also remove the dark part inside. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • Step 2 - Separately, chop the onion into cubes, and cilantro leaves.
  • Step 3 – Place the piures on a plate or directly on the stone, and set the onion, cilantro, and lime aside so that each person can mix them in just before serving.
  • Step 4 - Season with salt and oil according to taste.
  • Step 5 – Always serve piure cold.
