Step 1 - Shred and clean well the crab meat, removing pieces of claws or shell. Set aside.
Step 2 - Separately, soak the bread in the milk for 15 minutes, grind with your hands and set aside.
Step 3 - Separately, in a frying pan, sweat the onion in butter, add the chopped garlic, chili bell pepper and oregano. Add the oyster sauce and a little water, season with salt and pepper. Cook until the onion is transparent. Add the soaked bread and mix well. Cook for a few minutes over low heat.
Step 4 - Add the crab meat and incorporate the ground green chili. Finally, add the potatoes, cream and grated cheese, cook for 2 minutes and remove from the heat and distribute the picante in the individual clay pot.
Step 5 - Garnish with hot crab claws and hard-boiled egg mixed with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
