Ingredients
  • 3 medium avocados cut into slices
  • 3 sticks of celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 lemons, their juice
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro.
Instructions
  • Step 1 - In a bowl place the chopped celery. Season with the lemon juice and salt. Mix
  • Step 2 - In a bowl, add the celery, oil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with nuts and cilantro. Garnish with avocado slices.
