Celery Salad with Radishes, Avocado and Black Olives

  • ½ bush of celery
  • 6 units of red and firm radishes
  • 2 units of ripe avocados
  • 8 black olives
  • 2 units of squeezed and filtered lemons
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste.
  • Step 1 - Clean the celery, removing the fiber from the stalks. Cut into thin strips 4 to 5 cm long. Wash and place in a bowl with cold water. Set aside.
  • Step 2 - Chop the radishes into thin slices and place with the celery in the water.
  • Step 3 - Separately, peel the avocados and cut into wedges. Put in a bowl with water and a little lemon juice, so they do not oxidize.
  • Step 4 - Drain the celery with the radishes, then put them in a bowl and season with lemon juice, salt and oil.
  • Step 5 - Stir and carefully incorporate half of the avocado.
  • Step 6 - Place the rest of the avocado on the surface of the salad and decorate with the black olives.
