Ingredients
  • 3 - 4 large tomatoes peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1-2 onions, finely feathered and dipped in salt or sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 3-4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
  • Seedless sliced chili.
Instructions
  • Step 1 - Place the tomatoes with the onion in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2 - In a bowl mix the oil and lemon juice. Pour over the tomato and onion mixture. Sprinkle the salad with cilantro and chili. Serve cold.
