Ingredients
  • 3-4 peeled and chopped white peaches
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 liter of dry white wine
  • 1 cup (240 cc) sparkling mineral water
  • Crushed ice to serve.
Instructions
  • Step 1 - In a bowl, place the peaches and add sugar to taste. Let macerate for a few minutes.
  • Step 2 - Place the wine and mineral water in a large jug. Add the macerated fruit and mix. Refrigerate.

  • Step 3 - To serve: add ice and serve chilled. Note: The peaches can be replaced with chopped strawberries, chopped pineapple or crushed cherimoya.
