  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, peeled
  • 4 marraquetas
  • 2-3 tablespoons of oil
  • 4 beef sirloin steaks
  • Mayonnaise.
Instructions
  • Step 1 - In a bowl, mash the avocados and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Set aside.
  • Step 2 - Remove the seeds and juice from the tomatoes and chop them into small cubes. Set aside.
  • Step 3 - Divide the marraquetas in halves and toast them in a toaster or in the oven.
  • Step 4 - In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium-high heat and cook the steaks on both sides until the meat is tender.
  • Step 5 - To assemble: Cover the marraqueta halves with a little mayonnaise, place the beef steaks and season with salt and pepper. On top of the meat, distribute a layer of chopped tomatoes and then on top of the avocado and finish with mayonnaise (optional). Cover with the other half of the marraqueta and serve the sandwich immediately.
