Ingredients
  • 2 peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 green chili bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • Kneaded bread to accompany.
Instructions
  • Step 1 - Place the garlic, salt, oil and green chili on a mortar and pestle.
  • Step 2 - Grind with a stone mallet until the mixture forms a paste.
  • Step 3 - Add the tomatoes and continue grinding.
  • Step 4 - Correct salt and serve with kneaded bread.
