Germany and Chile sign agreement to boost hydrogen cooperation

Germany and Chile on Tuesday signed a letter of intent for a bilateral partnership on hydrogen production and trade to try to facilitate a renewable energy supply chain between the countries, the German Economy Ministry said in a press release.

The two will create a working group to build hydrogen-based economies and identify viable projects inapired in an initial energy partnership agreement established in 2019, he said.
