Step 1 - For the flakes: Form a crown with the flour and then add the egg yolks to the center. Work with your fingertips, incorporating the flour a little at a time. Add the orange juice and the pisco.
Step 2 - Add the melted margarine together with the oil. Mix.
Step 3 - Knead until a smooth dough is formed.
Step 4 - Rest for 20 minutes wrapped in a plastic bag.
Step 5 - Preheat the other to 200ºC.
Step 6 - Roll out, forming rectangles of dough. Prick with a fork and bake at 200°C for about 5 minutes or until dry to the touch.
Step 7 - To assemble the cake, put a base dough and distribute the warm manjar evenly. Put another dough on top of the manjar and so on consecutively. Flatten to the desired height, 8 to 10 cm.
