Step 1 - Rinse the beans and put them to cook in abundant water with a branch of celery and pork skin or a vetoed chop. Once cooked, reserve in its cooking broth.
Step 2 - Separately, in a saucepan, make a sofrito with the oil, onion and garlic. Sweat gently, and add the chili, oregano and ground cumin.
Step 3 - Add the beans to the sauce, the pumpkin and the cooking broth to cover, reserving the excess broth in a separate container. Cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.
Step 4 - Finally, add the noodles, stirring constantly so that they do not stick together.
Step 5 - Cook for about 10 minutes, add salt and rest for a few minutes.
Step 6 - Serve hot with a little chili bell pepper or with sliced sausages.
