Ingredients
  • 1.2 kilo of raw sea shrimp
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of aji cacho de cabra (goat chili bell pepper)
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • ¾ cup olive oil.
Instructions
  • Step 1 - Clean the shrimp tails. Reserve the tails and some whole shrimp.
  • Step 2 - Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, lemon juice and white wine. Let stand for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 3 - Separately, heat a frying pan and add the olive oil. Add the shrimp together with the garlic and the chili bell pepper. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Step 4 - Serve in 4 earthenware basins and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Step 5 - It can also be prepared directly in the basin over the flame of the fire.
