Instructions
Step 1 - Clean the shrimp tails. Reserve the tails and some whole shrimp.
Step 2 - Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, lemon juice and white wine. Let stand for about 5 minutes.
Step 3 - Separately, heat a frying pan and add the olive oil. Add the shrimp together with the garlic and the chili bell pepper. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 4 - Serve in 4 earthenware basins and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
