Ingredients
  • ½ liter of milk
  • ½ liter of cream
  • 200 grs granulated sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 4 yolks.
Instructions
  • Step 1 - Add milk, cream, granulated sugar and vanilla beans to a saucepan.
  • Step 2 - Cook over low heat until boiling.
  • Step 3 - Remove from the heat and add the egg yolks one by one and stir. Strain.
  • Step 4 - Return to low heat until thickened. Pour the mixture into a pudding dish and let cool.
  • Step 5 - Freeze for 6 hours and serve.
