Oven Baked Pork Rack

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of pork ribs
  • Chili paste for marinating
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup (240 cc) white wine
  • 250 g. beef broth
  • 4-6 boiled potatoes with skin
  • 1 teaspoon of oil.
Instructions
  • Step 1 - Preheat the oven to high temperature (200°C).
  • Step 2 - Marinate the ribs with the chili sauce, salt and pepper. Keep refrigerated for one hour.
  • Step 3 - Place the ribs on a baking dish and brush with oil. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Add the wine and beef stock. Continue cooking for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Step 4 - In a skillet, place the potato halves and sauté. Add salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Step 5 - Remove the pork from the oven and cut 4 to 6 portions.

  • Step 6 - Serve the pork hot with the potatoes. Serve with pebre.
