Step 1 - Preheat the oven to high temperature (200°C).
Step 2 - Marinate the ribs with the chili sauce, salt and pepper. Keep refrigerated for one hour.
Step 3 - Place the ribs on a baking dish and brush with oil. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Add the wine and beef stock. Continue cooking for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4 - In a skillet, place the potato halves and sauté. Add salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 5 - Remove the pork from the oven and cut 4 to 6 portions.

Step 6 - Serve the pork hot with the potatoes. Serve with pebre.
