  • 2 Marraquetas
  • 400 grams of thinly sliced churrasco de asiento or tenderloin of beef
  • 8 slices of ripe tomato
  • 1 cup seasonal green beans cooked in salted water
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped green chili bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • Lemon juice to taste.
  • Step 1 - Cut the marraqueta in half and toast. Seal the churrascos in a pan with a little oil, season with salt and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Step 2 - To assemble the chacarero, spread the bread on both sides with mayonnaise or butter, distribute the meat on the base of the bread and place the tomato slices seasoned with salt and oil on top.
  • Step 3 - Next, put the green beans seasoned with salt, oil and lemon juice. Finally, put the green chili on top of the beans and cover with the other part of the bread.
  • Step 4 - Serve immediately
