2 slices of white sliced bread without edges and cut in cubes
1 cup (240 g) cold milk
750 g pork tenderloin of pork neck

2 onions, finely chopped and sautéed
1 tablespoon of prepared mustard with seeds
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon chili color
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 beaten eggs
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 tomato
Chopped parsley.
Instructions
Step 1 - Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°C). Butter the inside of a rectangular baking pan and set aside.
Step 2 - Cook the egg in cold water for 10 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3 - Place the bread in a bowl and add the milk. Let soak for a few minutes and set aside.
Step 4 - In a meat grinder, process pork, beef and bacon. Place the mixture in a bowl and add the fried onion, soaked bread, mustard, oregano, chili, salt, pepper and garlic.
Step 5 - Mix well until a soft and smooth paste is formed. Add the eggs and mix well.
Step 6 - Pour the mixture into the prepared mold, press to remove air bubbles. In the center make an egg and put the peeled boiled eggs. Cover with the rest of the meat.
Step 7 - Bake for 60 minutes or until the meat is cooked. Remove from oven and let cool before unmolding. Cut into thick slices. Serve with tomato and chopped parsley.
