What is Chile's secret to leading the way in covid-19 vaccination in Latin America?

Chile implemented a vaccination schedule that has been followed to the letter. After vaccinating health professionals, the country started vaccinating senior citizens, teachers, pharmacists and chemists. The goal is to vaccinate 5 million people by the end of March. The country leads Latin America in vaccinations.
