More than 20 countries to participate in the Parapan American Youth Games 2025

The Parapan American Youth Games to be hosted by Chile in 2025 will include the presence of more than 20 countries, which will compete in 12 disciplines.

An estimated 3,800 Paralympic athletes with physical, hearing, visual, cognitive and cerebral palsy disabilities will attend this competition.

Competitors range in age from 12 to 21 years old.

For the organization of the event, a Local Organizing Committee (LOC) will be created, composed of the Chilean Paralympic Committee, the Ministry of Sport and the National Sports Institute.

The budget for these Games is estimated at US$6 million.
