The digital transformation of companies is a subject that is on the table of most CEO's in the world regardless of the size and budget of their organizations, Chile is no exception.
Recently, Corfo, the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CCS) and the consulting firm PMG launched the fourth version of the Digital Transformation Index (ITD), inviting SMEs and large locally established companies to participate. Through an on-line survey, they answered questions related to the five dimensions that make up the indicator: leadership towards digital; vision and strategy of digitalization; ways of working, people and digital culture; digitalization of processes and decision making; and technology, data management and digital tools.
