Vegetable grower Alfredo Carrasco, inspirer and head of the inclusive FarmHability project, which promotes sustainable and inclusive agriculture, will receive the "Soul of Rurality" award, which the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) grants to Leaders of Rurality of the Americas.
The award is part of an initiative of the agency specializing in agricultural and rural development to recognize men and women who are making a difference in the fields of Latin America and the Caribbean.
