A new study carried out by Chile's Health Ministry appears to provide new clues about the effectiveness of coronavirus vaccines. The study showed positive results in preventing severe illness and death for the vaccines produced by different laboratories.
The investigation released this Tuesday showed a 5% drop in the effectiveness of the Chinese Sinovac vaccine in preventing symptomatic COVID-19 cases, while the US-produced Pfizer vaccine showed a 3% decrease.
