Wrestler Yasmani Acosta brought the second medal for Team Chile at the Olympic Games in Paris, after finishing runner-up in the 130 kilogram weight class.

In a crowded arena at the Campo de Marte, the 36-year-old Greco-Roman only lost to Cuban legend Mijaín López, who completed an incredible five-time Olympic champion.

Lopez made the difference from the beginning and took an early advantage in the submission, and then ended up winning by 6-0.

"I have a lot of emotions. One always wants the gold medal, but at the same time, one competes against a friend, a brother. It was a difficult fight, very difficult. Mijaín is still Mijaín and he is one step higher than all the competitors. It is something that will go down in history, because it was his last fight", he declared.

Acosta's medal was the 15th for Chile in Olympic history. Chile had not won medals in more than one sport in a five-ring event (boxing and athletics) since Melbourne 1956.
