The pandemic has changed the reality for practically everyone. But despite a more adverse environment, many Chileans are daring to innovate with different initiatives that seek to make life easier for people in these difficult times. On the day of innovation and creativity, we present a series of Chilean startups born in pandemic.

Chile is a country with an entrepreneurial ecosystem recognized worldwide for its dynamism. Several studies reward this trajectory: according to the Global Innovation Index of the World Intellectual Property Organization (Wipo), Chile is the most innovative country in Latin America (54th in the world), and the most entrepreneurial in Latin America (19th in the world). Start-Up Chile has contributed to boosting this environment. Since its launch in 2010, it is known as a revolutionary startup accelerator, backing 1,600 companies from 85 countries, creating assets of US$1.4 billion in net value.

We are also considered the most innovative country for early-stage entrepreneurs, according to the World Economic Forum.

Despite the uncertainty caused by the pandemic that has been with us for more than a year, several Chileans have managed, with creativity, to bet on entrepreneurship. On the day of creativity and innovation, we present a series of Chilean startups born in the Covid era.
