- 400 cc pineapple ice cream
- 800 cc pipeño wine
- 80 cc of fernet
- Optional: grenadine to taste.
Instructions
- Step 1 - Pour the pineapple ice cream into four large glasses. Add the pipeño wine and a splash of fernet. Stir so that the flavors blend and the ice cream dissolves a little.
- Step 2 - Serve with a light bulb.
- Step 3 - Optional: a dash of grenadine can be added to each glass.
