Step 1 - Make a crown with the flour, sprinkle the yeast, add the cooked pumpkin and the warm butter.
Step 2 - Knead into a homogeneous dough. Add salt and, if necessary, a little of the pumpkin cooking water. The dough is ready when it does not stick to your hands. Let it rest for 20 minutes, covered in a plastic bag.
Step 3 - Once the time has elapsed, knead again and make buns of about 40 grams each. Stretch them with the help of a rolling pin or rolling pin and make four incisions in each of the doughs.
Step 4 - Fry in deep oil until golden brown.
Step 5 - Serve hot, accompanied by boiled pork leg and avocado puree.
Step 6 - Traditionally served at eleven o'clock with tea or coffee.
