Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon red chili paste
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 green chili peppers without seeds.
Instructions
  • Step 1 - In a bowl, mix the chili paste, onion, garlic, cilantro and oregano.
  • Step 2 - Season with oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3 - Add green chili and let stand for a few minutes.
  • Step 4 - Serve well chilled
