Ingredients
  • 1 liter of water
  • 100 grs. flower sugar
  • 100 grs. granulated sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 cinnamon sticks.
Instructions
  • Step 1 - Blend the cinnamon stick, granulated sugar, powdered sugar and water until everything is blended.
  • Step 2 - Cook in a saucepan over low heat until boiling.
  • Step 3 - Remove and add the egg yolks one at a time while whisking and bring to heat until thickened.
  • Step 4 - Remove, strain and pour into a pudding dish. Cool and then freeze for 12 hours.
