Step 1 - Dilute the instant coffee in boiling water and set aside.
Step 2 - Separately, in a saucepan, add cinnamon stick milk, cloves and nutmeg. Boil for 3 minutes, remove from heat, add the reserved coffee and vanilla essence. Dissolve and add the condensed milk. Chill for 4 hours.
Step 3 - Once the preparation is cold, add the burning water. Mix well, filter and bottle. Keep refrigerated
Step 4 - To serve, add ice and cinnamon powder on the surface of each glass.
