Ingredients
  • 750 grams of white fish fillet
  • 2 onions cut into small cubes
  • 1⅓ tablespoons green chili in brounoise, seeded and without seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 cup (240 cc) Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • ½ cup finely chopped coriander
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Pepper to taste.
Instructions
  • Step 1 - Scrape the fish flesh with a spoon. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Step 2 - Add salt, cilantro, green chili, onion, garlic, vinegar, cumin, lime zest and pepper. Mix well.
  • Step 3 - Let stand for 15 minutes refrigerated.
  • Step 4 - Add lemon juice and oil. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  • Step 5 - Serve well chilled, garnished with coriander.
