Step 2 - Dry the beef churrascos with a paper towel and season with salt.
Step 3 - Cut the bread in half and toast. Set aside.
Step 4 - Separately, place a little oil on the griddle and place the casseroles over high heat. Cook on both sides for one minute per side so that they do not dry out and remain juicy.
Step 5 - Place the cheese on top of the meat and cook for 1 more minute covered to melt the cheese.
Step 6 - To serve: place the churrascos on half of the bread and cover with the other half. Serve immediately.
