With the aim of strengthening and promoting the Chile brand in Spain, Imagen de Chile and Fundación Chile-España signed a collaboration agreement that will allow to unite and enhance the message with which Chile seeks to be recognized abroad.
The alliance will allow both institutions to generate synergies with a focus on building the country's image in Europe, including collaboration in events such as seminars and lectures.
"We are very pleased to sign this alliance with the Chile-Spain Foundation as it will not only strengthen the ties between both countries, but will also help our message Chile Creando Futuro to be heard louder and reach further, highlighting the talent and creativity of Chilean men and women who are changing paradigms in their various fields of action. It is key for us to have a local social network in Spain, a market of great relevance for Chile", said Constanza Cea, executive director of Imagen de Chile.
Based in Madrid, the Chile-Spain Foundation seeks to increase economic, cultural, academic and social exchange between the two countries through the promotion of activities that foster cooperation, exchange of experiences, investment and business opportunities, entrepreneurship and technological innovation.
"For the Chile-Spain Foundation, the signing of this agreement with Fundación Imagen de Chile allows us to initiate collaborations in order to coordinate, agree and enhance positioning actions that give visibility and increase the impact of the Chile Brand internationally. Thanks to this alliance we will join forces to work on FCE's flagship projects such as the Astronomy Forum, the IV Forum on Transparency and Good Governance or the IV Aerospace Forum, as well as other issues of great importance for both countries such as energy transition, technological innovation or entrepreneurship," said María Ángeles Osorio Iturmendi, executive director of Fundación Chile-España.
This alliance will contribute to position Chile from different dimensions such as its commitment to sustainability and the environment, the privileged territory and technology that make it a center of astronomical research, its vocation for entrepreneurship and innovation, and the importance of art and culture from this corner of the world.
