Salmon fillets
Chile is famous in the world for its salmon and it is one of the most emblematic products sold abroad. We are the second largest exporter globally and we could say that one out of every six salmon that are traded internationally come from our country. This fish is considered an excellent source of high quality proteins, vitamins, minerals and omega 3 fatty acids, so it is recommended to consume it regularly as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Southern hake
From the cold, southern waters of Chile's Pacific Ocean, this fish is characterized by its white meat, mild flavor and firm texture. Chile's industrial fishery for southern hake follows sustainable fishing standards and complies with the best global fishing practices, which is why it was recently certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), the most demanding sustainability standard for responsible fishing in the world.

Trout fillets
Trout belongs to the salmon family of species. Exports of this fish have increased in recent years, mainly in frozen form. It is an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids.

Canned mussels
The "chorito" is a product typical of the south of our country. It contains multiple nutritional properties, it is high in protein, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, B complex vitamins, vitamin C, potassium, folic acid, iron, phosphorus, manganese, selenium and zinc, and its great power is vitamin B12.

Seaweed and its industrial use
Currently, Chile is the third largest exporter of seaweed in the world, with a 19% share in foreign trade. During the last years, the export of this product has increased due to the diversity in its use, since it is highly demanded not only in the food industry, but also in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry.

Sea urchins
Some studies indicate that sea urchins are able to change the elasticity of collagen in the body, which could be the key to maintaining a youthful appearance. This characteristic has made it a product in high export demand, with the Asian market being the main buyer. In 2019, US$ 89.7 million worth of sea urchins were exported worldwide.
