Vaccinated Chileans attended the first of a series of concerts Thursday night that will be studied in a clinical trial to see if mass events, such as concerts, can be safely resumed without spreading COVID.
The trial is the result of a partnership between the Chilean Society of Music Authors and Performers and the University of Chile to assess the risk of contagion at these events and to try to help the live music industry recover from the near-death blow dealt by the COVID pandemic and the prolonged confinements in Chile.
