Chile's successful management of covid has a woman behind it, Paula Daza

At the beginning of the pandemic, and with the eyes of women leaders such as the Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Arder, or the President of Taiwan, Tsai Ing-wen, the belief spread that women cope better with crisis situations, adopt earlier and more effective measures.

In Latin America, one more example of how women have contributed to this pandemic is the work of Paula Daza, Chile's Undersecretary of Health and the woman who has been at the helm, from day one, of one of the most successful covid-19 efforts in the world.
