Image of Chile seeks to showcase talent from the Ñuble region to the world

The organization participated in meetings with authorities and exporting companies in the region, which will help to strengthen the presence of the Chile brand at the international level.

The Ñuble region was the scene of a series of activities in which Imagen de Chile participated with the aim of promoting the country brand from the different regions, in addition to seeking cases of talent to show to the world.

The executive director of Imagen de Chile, Constanza Cea, together with the regional director of ProChile, Ingrid Quezada, met with the regional governor of Ñuble, Oscar Crisóstomo, to discuss possible future joint work.

The activity "Promotion and internationalization of companies in Ñuble and the Chile Brand Use Program" was also held at the Virginio Gómez Institute in Chillán, for exporting companies and companies with export potential in the region. The presentation was given by the executive director of Imagen de Chile and the head of the program for the use of the Chile brand, Víctor Palma.

"If ten years ago the Chile brand was associated with low prices, today it is associated with quality, sustainability and work for Chileans, something that is the result of a collaborative effort between different actors in the public and private sector, which has been adding value to the work of Chilean men and women," said the executive director of Imagen de Chile. "And it is this talent that we want to show to the world. That is why this year we have been touring the different regions, to incorporate different views to the construction of the country brand".

Ingrid Quezada, regional director of ProChile, commented that "this activity is aimed not only at exporting companies but also at all formalized entrepreneurs who have a product or service and who want to publicize Chile's identity seal". She added that there is also the opportunity to show this image in the region to the numerous foreign tourists who visit the winter centers: "it is the moment for tourists to get to know and buy what the area produces and manufactures".
