Chile vaccinates more than half of its target population with two doses of the vaccine

Chilean health authorities reported Thursday that more than 50% of the target population has received two doses of the covid-19 vaccine, equivalent to more than 7.6 million people.

"It is necessary that the population becomes aware of the need to be vaccinated. We have the vaccines and the personnel, now it is up to you," said the Minister of Health, Enrique Paris.
