London influencer highlights the new exhibition of Chilean artist Cecilia Vicuña at the Tate Modern in London on her networks

- This initiative, which is part of Imagen de Chile's "Chile Everywhere" campaign, joins six other renowned influencers from different capitals of the world who during September and October have made visible, through their social networks, various icons of Chilean culture that are scattered around the world.

A huge installation at London's Tate Modern is the highlight of the new international recognition for Chilean artist Cecilia Vicuña. In recent months, Vicuña, 74, has had her first solo exhibition at the Guggenheim Museum in New York, her first retrospective in Spain, a Golden Lion for her career at the Venice Biennale and now this commission at the Turbine Hall of the great London museum.

This milestone that marks the history of Chilean art and has a powerful message from the artist about ecological awareness and social justice, was selected by Imagen de Chile to integrate the campaign "Chile Everywhere or Chile is everywhere", where famous influencers from major cities around the world have shared through videos on their social networks: how Chile is present in their respective cities.

Thus, from Cecilia Vicuña at the Tate Modern in London, to renowned Chilean restaurants and bars abroad, to the recent viewing of the documentary "Soy la Tierra. Stories from the end of the world" in New York, among others, have been part of the "Chile Everywhere" campaign promoted by Imagen de Chile, which seeks to highlight, through famous influencers, corners of the world that show part of what our country is.

"Culture, sports, gastronomy, science...our country is an exporter of talent, with contributions that contribute and enrich the destination where they arrive. This stage of the 'Chile Everywhere' campaign, focused on the TikTok platform, aims to reach new generations, and thus invite them to get to know and love everything our country has to offer," added Jorge Cortés, Executive Director of Imagen de Chile.

"This stage of 'Chile Everywhere' seeks to leave a record of the footprint that our country has left internationally, through a playful message and from the mouths of recognized influencers from some of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, and who at the same time are passionate about discovering and rediscovering their cities," says Ximena Beza, Marketing Director of Imagen de Chile, in charge of this campaign.

Chile is everywhere

To develop this stage of the campaign, six well-known influencers based in New York, Madrid and London, three of the most important cities in the world that receive international tourists on a daily basis, were contacted.

Art exhibits, cultural references, Chilean gastronomy are some of the experiences that @hrhqueengld, @thecuriouspixie, @thekatieromero, @pictureperfectnyc, @madrid4u y @arianehoyos were invited to live and have been sharing through the popular platform, with the aim of raising awareness of Chile and its presence in these cities.

The international campaign "Chile Everywhere" of Imagen de Chile seeks to show how our country is present everywhere, through the voice of global agents, whether from culture, science, sports, among others.
